Hopefully you will never need to return an item, however, on the rare occassion that this is the case our aim is to make the process as simple as possible. Follow our guidelines below when it comes to returning an item under our 14-day guarantee or faulty goods policies.
14-Day Money Back Guarantee
Under our 14-day money back guarantee you can return unwanted or incorrect goods for a full refund, provided that the items are unused, in a saleable condition and complete with their original packaging and all component parts and promotional items received. You should include your invoice and a complete returns form. Any items that are made to measure, cut or mixed to your requirments are not eligible for return.
We offer a carrier pick up service, however, cost of carriage is chargable. For more information, contact our customer service team on x. For products delivered directly from the manufacturer, also call our customer services team.
Faulty Goods
If you purchashed the item less than 14 days ago you can return it under our 14-day money back guarantee described above. Please ensure you return all component parts and promotional items received. You should include your invoice and a completed returns form. Please ensure that all petrol products are drained of fuel and oil before return. If the item has already been installed, call us on x for further advice.
If you purchased the item more than 14 days ago our aim is to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. In most cases we will either offer a repair, or where this is not possible we will replace the item with the same or an equivilent model.
For the fastest solution:
Check if the manufacturer offers a helpline, repair or warranty service. Using this service may be the fastest way to get the problem put right. If there is no warranty or repair service, you can return the item by sending it to us at x or by contacting our customer service team on x to arrange a carrier pickup.
