Carriage Paid Orders

Any orders with a total of value of over £75 qualify for free delivery. For orders of a lesser value than this, there is a standard charge of £4.80. There may be additional charges for awkwardly sized or weighted items, or for delivery to anywhere other than the UK mainland. Contact our customer services team for more information.

Delivery Dates

Orders placed before x will be dispatched the same day, in which case you can expect them the next day. In the occassion that we have to source an item from one of our satellite warehouses there is an additional 24 hours delay, we will inform you immediately if this is the case. 

Delivery Addresses

If you have an account with us you can use and manage multiple addresses. This allows you to get goods sent to any number of addresses - personal, business, clients, etc. Configure an address and choose it at the checkout stage for your order to be sent there. Please ensure all addresses will be occupied at the time of estimated delivery.

Direct Delivery

Some of our product ranges are available direct from the manufacturer. We will inform you if this is the case to give you a delivery time estimate.

Order Tracking

Once we've dispatched your order, we will provide you with our couriers details and a reference number for you to track your order, meaning no more waiting in 9am-5pm for a delivery - you'll know where your order is at what times.
