Our registered address is Trade Supplies 4 Less, Units 12-14, Willoughby Street, Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, DN21 7JJ. VAT registration number #. These terms and conditions - of which the privacy policy forms a part of - apply to all orders which you, the customer, place using this website for items ordered on the internet and over the telephone. These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of products made by Trade Supplies 4 Less hereafter referred to as 'the seller' or 'the company'.
Your Agreement to Us
By placing an order on our website or by telephone you will be agreeing to our terms and conditions. By placing any order through our website or by telephone you also declare to us that you are over the age of 18 years old. This is in line with UK contract law. Please ensure that you fully read and understand our terms and conditions before placing an order with us.
Order and delivery process
The company, whilst making every effort to ensure prompt delivery will not be liable for loss or damage occasioned by delay in delivery however caused. Any delivery dates quoted are given subject to this condition. All deliveries once signed for will be deemed as been received in acceptable condition i.e. in full working order and in correct quantities. Faults or shortages will not be accepted unless notification is received in writing within 5 working days. Orders placed before x will normally be dispatched for delivery the next day, orders placed after x would be delivered on x. There is an optional charge for saturday deliveries. We deliver throughout all mainland UK, though there may be additional charges for other areas. It is essential that you give us correct address details alongside a contact telephone number so we can ensure that the carrier can deliver your order on time and at the location specified. Please ensure that someone is available to receive your delivery as we will not accept any liability for undelivered or damaged goods for which the carrier has been unable to obtain a signature confirming that delivery has taken place.
Delivery is free for all orders with of a value of £75.00 or more. There is a base rate of £4.80 for orders below £75.00 though there may be differing rates for particularly long or heavy items.
Failure to Deliver/On Time
Trade Supplies for Less can accept no responsibility whatsoever for circumstances arising from the failure of the carrier to deliver goods or to deliver by an agreed time. Where it can be proved that the carrier was at fault, the only compensation that can be paid will be the costs of the carraige. Please phone and check if the goods are needed by a certain time.
Goods Out of Stock
Between our branches and their warehouses we aim to stock all of our product lines offered on this website to meet client demand for next day delivery. However, if we are out of stock of any item, this will normally be pointed out to you on receipt of your order and special arrangements made to meet your requirements i.e. dispatch direct to you from the manufacturer or refund in full. We do advise checking stock with us before placing an order. Trade Supplies 4 Less reserves the right to cancel any transaction.
The Passing of Risk
The risk in the goods shall pass to the customer on delivery.

Should your order not arrive in perfect conditions or you are unsatisfied with any part of our service, please inform us and we will refund or replace any item that does not meet your expectations. The seller reserves the right to change this website at any time, including product or pricing changes, our terms and conditions, privacy policy and other such policies we may notify you of. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time you order from the seller's website.
Performance
The company shall be excused from liability if performance of the contract is prevented or hindered by any cause whatsoever beyond the company's control and in particular, but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing Act of God, War Government Control, restriction or prohibitions, or national fire, flood, subsidence, sabotage, accident, strike or lock-out and shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from any such circumstances. Any service or advice which may be offered by the company to a user or buyer of its products or services is rendered in all good faith. The customer is deemed to have ensured the suitability and legality of the use of the purchase. The company therefore shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising there from.
Legal Interpretation
The contract is governed by English Law. Any dispute arising out of or in conjunction with it is to be determined by arbitration via the English judical system.
